They are moved each and every day to fresh pasture and are occasionally fed small grains like organic oats or wheat in the fall as temperatures drop and pasture becomes more scarce. You can lamb directly from our retail meat freezer on pizza nights or place an online order so it's ready for you to pick up when you come.

Whole Lamb - $7.50/lb (based on hanging weight) plus processing
When you reserve a whole lamb you get to work with the locker to decide how you want it sliced and packaged. Lambs are available seasonally from January - May so we could accommodate when you want it and make the appointment at the locker accordingly. Complete our wholesale reservation form to reserve your lamb. $100 deposit is due at the time of reservation and can be sent by mail to our farm or paid on pizza nights. The hanging weight of our lambs varies from 35-50 pounds.
Fresh Air Pork - Retail Cuts
Our pigs spend their entire lives outside in a deep bedded system and are fed organic corn and barley grown on our farm, organic milk from Tom's parents' dairy up the road and non GMO soybean meal. All of our pork is processed at a a local locker and is free of gluten, msg and dyes. No funky stuff here. Just delicious pork, the way it should be. Pick up our pork from our freezer on Friday nights or place your order online so it's ready for you to pick up when you come.

Complete our wholesale reservation form to reserve your whole or half hog. A deposit ($100 for half, $200 for whole) is due at the time of reservation and can be sent by mail to our farm or paid on pizza nights. Hogs will be ready late Fall/early Winter. When you purchase a whole or half hog you have the chance to work directly with the locker to get the cuts that you know you'll love!

Every year we have a few steers to sell in quarters, halves and wholes. Complete our wholesale reservation form to reserve your quarter, half or whole beef. A deposit ($200 quarter, $350 half, $500 whole) is due at the time of reservation and can be sent to our farm by mail or paid on pizza nights.
